Server Rules

Welcome to Luna Roleplay. These rules are designed to keep the city fair, immersive, and enjoyable for everyone. By joining our community, you agree to follow all guidelines listed below.

Rule Violations

Punishments depend on the context and severity of the situation. Staff decisions may vary based on past behavior or intent.

Light: Verbal or TX Warnings
Moderate: Temporary Ban (8–72 Hours)
Serious: 1 Week–1 Month Ban
Severe: Permanent Ban or Removal

Basic Requirements

You must be at least +15 years old to play.
A working microphone and recording software are required.
Follow Twitch Terms of Service at all times.

Respectful Conduct

Discrimination of any kind (racism, sexism, ableism, or hate speech) is not tolerated.
Sexual harassment toward any player will result in removal.
Do not engage in excessive toxicity, bullying, or harassment.
Respect staff decisions and avoid tagging or messaging them privately.
Do not discuss ongoing reports or staff cases in or out of character.

Roleplay Standards

Create realistic characters with believable names and backstories.
Stay in character during all situations. If a rule is broken, finish the scene and report afterward.
All roleplay should make sense in a realistic setting and enhance the city’s experience.

In-Character Rules

Metagaming: Do not use out-of-character information, Discord calls, or streams to gain an advantage.
Powergaming: Do not use mechanics or scripts unrealistically to force results or avoid consequences.
Breaking Character: Avoid going OOC during RP unless directed by staff.
Value of Life: Fear for your life and freedom realistically when threatened.
Combat Logging: Never leave or store items during active scenes. Wait at least 15 minutes after before leaving.
New Life Rule: After death or coma, forget the last 15 minutes leading up to it. Do not return to the scene.
Injury RP: Always roleplay injuries realistically and allow medical roleplay to take place.
Fake Hostages: Do not use fake or staged hostages to manipulate RP outcomes.

Conflict and Combat

RDM (Random Deathmatch): Killing must have a valid, roleplay-based reason.
VDM (Vehicle Deathmatch): Vehicles cannot be used as weapons unless it is a true life-or-death situation.
Fail RP: Avoid unrealistic behavior such as spamming keys, mic spam, or forcing emotes on others.
Robberies: Must be logical, story-driven, and fair to all parties.
Violence must always follow clear RP initiation and buildup.

Vehicle and Chase Rules

GTA-style driving is allowed but must be believable. If your vehicle rolls or crashes, roleplay the injuries.
No storing or pulling vehicles during an active scene.
No stealing emergency or service vehicles without valid RP reason.
If you enter water during a chase, you must return to land within two minutes.

Whitelisted Jobs & Gangs

Police, NHS are considered whitelisted positions.
Corruption is only allowed with an approved, detailed story ticket.
Each gang may have only one leader.
No recruiting during active wars or suspensions.
Gang activity must always have valid RP reasoning.

Robbery and Hostage Rules

Maximum of two main vehicles per heist.
Players involved must carry duffle bags.
Hostages must fear realistically and not cooperate intentionally.
Police cannot be forced to release prisoners using hostage negotiations.

Gameplay Guidelines

No selling or trading in-game items for real-world money.
No advertising or promoting other servers or communities.
No growing or selling drugs in unrealistic locations (e.g., rooftops or mountains).

Safe Zones

No hostile actions or initiation are allowed in this area.
Do not enter safe zones to avoid active RP situations.

Streaming & Content

Follow Twitch ToS and community content rules at all times.
Do not use stream information in RP or stream-snipe others.

Staff & Enforcement

Staff decisions are final and must be respected at all times.
Do not leave during a staff situation without permission.
Appeals and disputes must be handled through the proper ticket system.
